About Me

Hi, I'm Nadeem Ahmad, a software developer from Kashmir currently pursuing my B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. I enjoy building full-stack applications with a focus on clean architecture, scalability, and maintainable code. I’ve worked on projects involving REST APIs, microservices, ERP dashboards, and real-time applications using technologies like React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. I’m comfortable working across both frontend and backend, and I enjoy turning ideas into practical software solutions. I also have a growing interest in Java backend development and enjoy learning about scalable systems, backend architecture, and system design. Alongside JavaScript and TypeScript, I like exploring technologies like Golang to broaden my understanding of software engineering. Outside of coding, I spend time improving my workflow, experimenting with new tools, and continuously learning through hands-on projects and collaboration.

A real-time chat application built with the MERN stack, inspired by a YouTube tutorial and extended with custom features. It supports secure JWT authentication, user profiles, and persistent chat history. The app enables one-on-one and group messaging with instant updates using WebSockets (Socket.io).
